Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Watch Palace. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 4-6 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@watchpalace.in with your order details and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Refund Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@watchpalace.in.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are exempt from being refunded, including gift cards and any watch that has been customized or engraved. Additionally, items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping for Refunds
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
