Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Refund Policy

Customers can request a return, refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product only for the following reasons:

Manufacturing defects in the product.

Incorrect item received (not as per the order).

Missing accessories (e.g., warranty card, straps, or packaging).

Eligibility for Return

Returns are applicable only if:

The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes: Original packaging, tags, invoice, warranty card, and all accessories. Customers must record an unboxing video at the time of receiving the product to serve as evidence for manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or missing accessories.

Quality Assurance

All products undergo thorough inspection and verification before being dispatched to ensure they are in perfect working condition.Watches are delivered to customers only after:

Verifying the functionality of all features.

Checking and setting the correct time.

Return Process

  1. Immediately upon noticing an issue, the customer must inform support by emailing support@watchpalace.in or calling +91 80 86 72 1999 within 7 days.
  2. Provide the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and the recorded unboxing video as evidence.
  3. Wait for a confirmation email or whatsapp message with a return reference number. Do not return the product without this confirmation.

Pickup and Shipping

  1. We will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address or an alternate address.
  2. If pickup is unavailable, the customer must ship the product to: Watchpalace ,central bazar, court road ,Manjeri,Malappuram district,kerala 676121,
  1. Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid further damage during transit.

Exchange and Refund TimeLine

Exchanges are processed after the returned product is inspected and the issue is confirmed. If the replacement product is in stock, it will be dispatched on the same day the return is received. Exchanges are only for the same model or to fix the issue, not for a different model. If the replacement is unavailable, the customer will be notified, and a refund will be provided as per the refund policy.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned product passes inspection to confirm the defect, incorrect item, or missing accessories, and the submitted video is verified. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2 business days after inspection.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order only before the product is dispatched.

For every order, we will send a re-confirmation call or WhatsApp message to the customer to verify their purchase.

Customers must respond to the re-confirmation within 24 hours to confirm their order. If the customer fails to respond to the re-confirmation call or message, the order may be cancelled automatically.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been dispatched.

If the product has not been dispatched, we will process the cancellation and refund the prepaid amount to the original payment method within 2 business days.

Policy Changes

Watch Palace reserves the right to amend or change this policy at any time without prior notice.

Dispute Resolution

All policies are governed by Indian law.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Manjeri Jurisdiction
